A recent series of erratic moves by North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is leading many in Washington to speculate that he is preparing for war on the Korean Peninsula. But there’s another, more plausible explanation for the despot’s behavior — that he is focused on helping his friends in Russia (and Iran) win the wars they are already in. For the West, that is the newest and fastest-growing threat from the country.
